Space desk is one of the best Software for using fully fledged screen sharing and you can do drag drop in both screen. You need a Pc client and mobile client to use it also yes needed on same network

How to install & use it:

•     -  Connect both devices android phone, tablets, tvs on same wifi network
•       -   Install spcaedesk Pc client (Link below)
•         -Open spacedesk and turn on active status at top of window
•       -   Install spacedesk mobile client [ios / android]
•        -  Open it it will automatically search for available devices
•        -  Click on Connect
•         - That's all, you are good to go.
